Samsung LD220 - World first USB monitor

         Samsung introduced three new LCD screens with UbiSync, is an oasis of multi-display technology, including the SyncMaster 2243QW, LD220 and LD190X. Samsung UbiSync of technology allows users to extend their visual connection to work up to six screens to a computer via a USB cable.

LD220 Samsung and LD190X are 1920 x 1080 resolution and 1366 x 768, respectively. They boh based contract ratio 1000:1, brightness 250cd/m2, response time of 5ms and come with DisplayLink USB and VGA interfaces. In LD190X is eco-2-lamp low energy consumption.

The price details are yet to be discovered, but certainly LD220 world will not only monitor USB very long, these devices should be more popular than the time because they are very comfortable there.

USB Monitors are not new to us. We have seen a number of them before, including Mitsubishi, D-Link and, of course, Samsung. We believe that many will follow in the footsteps producing monitors over USB.
